Role Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Backend Developer to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize backend systems to support our wide array of platforms. Your work will play a critical role in providing seamless user experiences across our high-traffic websites.

Key Responsibilities for Backend Developers

• Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure backend services and APIs.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Optimize system performance and ensure high availability and reliability of applications.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all coding and design tasks.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in backend development.

Required Backend Developer Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in backend development using languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Strong understanding and experience in RESTful APIs and web services.
• Proficiency with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.

Preferred Qualifications
