About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Assistant to join our team. The primary purpose of this role is to support the HR department with administrative tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
- Maintain employee records and ensure that they are updated and accurate.
- Process employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Support the HR team in various HR projects and initiatives.
- Handle payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
- Provide daily administrative support, including filing, reporting, and correspondence.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
- Coordinate HR events and training sessions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR support role.
- Proficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
- Experience with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
